Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Nevada

I live in Utah, and am buying real estate in Nevada, and want to immediately put it in a living trust at closing. Which state specific living trust forms do I use?

Also, is there a way my property can be recorded so as to not be found by snoopers, searching my name in the records? I thought I'd name the trust something like XYZ trust, with me as the trustee.

Many Thanks

I would use a Nevada living trust for Nevada property. I call the name of the trust the address of the property. ie, \"The 3990 Vegas Drive Living Trust.\" This way, they won\'t try to figure out the name of XYZ, they know the reason you chose the name. Also, make sure they put the name of the Trust first on the deed. If the Deed says, \"Jeffrey Cogan, Trustee of the 3990 Vegas Drive Living Trust\", a search of the recorder using my name will show me as the owner of the property. Have the Deed written, \"3990 Vegas Drive Living Trust by Jeffrey A. Cogan, Trustee.\"\n\nThings like this are a part of my practice and if you need additional help, you may write me at [email protected] and we can make arrangements.
