Legal Question in Technology Law in New Hampshire

Commercial or non-commercial Website?

I am running a website and I use google adsense. They run advertisements on it and pay me per click. The advertisements are not forced on the user and they don't have to click them if they don't want to.

I am wondering if running adsense on my site defines the sites as ''commercial''.

Any feed-back is appreciated.

Thanks,

Rx

Re: Commercial or non-commercial Website?

You must have some unstated context and definition in mind; from a purely legal standpoint, I would define as "commercial" any Web site that offers goods or services to consumers in return for some monetary consideration (direct or indirect). If you could amplify your question's background (e.g., is there a higher hosting fee charged by your ISP for "commercial" sites?), I could provide a more useful answer.

Best wishes,
