I would need further detail about your particular facts and circumstances to provide a more detailed response. However, you should anticipate at least a fine of $750, plus penalty assesment, 30 days confinement, plus 7 days in a residential treatment facility. If the first conviction was moe than two years old, the confinement may be less. Your driving privileges will be revoked for 3 years. The offense is a Class A misdemeanor and the judge has authority to impose a greater term of confinement and a greater fine. There are other penalities, and this is just an overview. The operating on a suspended license is also an offense which could be used to increase the penalties, but is often used to estalish a basis for a plea arrangement. The penalites are severe and you should retain an attorney in a matter of this scope.
