can dcyf tell you thswt they want you to move out your room mates when you cant afford to pay for eveything on your own?

If the roommates are determined to be a negative impact on the children, then DCYF can take actions based on this. Without knowing whee you are in your court proceedings (or even if any have begun) I cannot advise you specfically, however, in general terms, if the "roommates" create overcrowding, use drugs, or if they have any criminal record, DCYF may have a strong case.
