Legal Question in Family Law in New Hampshire

Reconsideration

I need to submit a reconsideration in NH. I have the form but am not sure what to say and how to say it, is there any examples that I can follow.

The case involves child support just being lowered which is why i'm filing for a reconsideration.

Re: Reconsideration

A Motion for Reconsideration must be filed promptly after a decision is rendered. The motion needs to state clearly what error of law is claimed and what new facts (which were not previously available) would cause the court to change the decision. Motions for Reconsideration are not easily granted. There must be a sound foundation for such a request.

Each case is different. A careful review of the facts in your case by an attorney would likely be beneficial to your cause.
