out of styate removel of my daughter

My daughters Mother has married and her husband has a job offer in Florida she wants to leave by May 1st. can she just up and take her away from me and my family and disrupte her schooling like that?

The starting point is an examination of the Divorce documents including the decree and Parenting Plan. See what was ordered or agreed and then move forward. You may need to get this matter before the court quickly if the two of you can not work out an agreement on your own. If you do work out a new arrangement, then be sure to properly file it with the court. There may be an impact on child support payments if the costs of parental contact will change significantly.
