Legal Question in Family Law in New Hampshire

My ex wife has primary custody of my 15 year old son and lives in washington NH. But I live in Nashua NH and my son wants to live with me and go to school here. What is the law in NH?

You can seek a change in custody. A court will want to know why this is a better arrangement than the present one and how it will benefit your son. Usually, a child does not testify but your son is old enough and hopefully wise enough to be able to articulate why he would like this change and why it would be better for him.
