Legal Question in Insurance Law in New Hampshire
crappy situation
I had an accident three years ago,I rearended a women and i didn't have insurance now I just got a letter from her insurance company stating if I don't pay the claim in full they are going to have my licencse taken away until I pay. What do I do?

Unfortunately they can do that but it depends in part the facts and circumstances of the accident. Evidently, you were at fault.
You can try to make some kind of time payment agreement with the insurance company and lieu of them asking that your license by revoked. If you do not keep the deal, then you could lose your license.
