Legal Question in Insurance Law in New Hampshire

my parked car was hit by unlicenced and uninsured new hampshire driver

I live in New York City. my parked car was hit by a new hampshire plate car with an 30 yr old unlicenced individual that lives in new york city. the registration belongs to an 80 years old that has a PO BOX address in New Hampshire but also has an address in new york city also and was not present at the scene. My insurance company looked up the policy number and said the 80 year old man had no insurance according to NH laws. Our parked car hit our neighbor's parked car. Both my car and neighbor's car is not drivable and we're not sure how to get compensation. Please contact me as soon as possible. Thank you.

If you do not have collission coverage all you can do is sue the owner & operator & hope they have assets to pay a judgment.
