knee replacement surgery

i had aknee replacement 18 mths ago it has totally collasped,and has to be done again. it was supposed to last 15 yrs.is that grounds for a law suit

You may have grounds for a lawsuit. If your surgery was done improperly, leading to the need for a second surgery you could have a medical malpractice case.
