Legal Question in Business Law in New Jersey

I have an agreeemnt with one copmay to selling their product. That company buy and sell minutes from phone carrier. Main term of that agreement is if any customer buy or sell minutes through me i suppose to get 25% commision. But they never pay my commission. I leave that job due to my personal reason and i ask for money. Its more then one year they sending any money even though now they don't answer my phone call and email. Please give some advice on the above issue.
