Legal Question in Business Law in New Jersey

Llc

One partner has taken all assests of the LLC as well as cut the other partner off the banks accounts and is paying only bills associated with his name. Claimed he wanted the entire business drafted papers to turn business over to him. Did not sign. What are the our parnters options. Business is failing afraid he is selling assests.

I agree that you should retain an attorney and act quickly, to preserve your rights. Litigation is needed and you must get a restraining order to prevent any further action as well as an seeking an accounting of all that has been done to date.

You need to gather all of your documents and proofs and get to a lawyer ASAP to seek a restraining order and other relief before it is too late. failure to act may leave you out in the cold.
