Legal Question in Business Law in New Jersey

we are three partners. We each hold 33 precent of the shares of our company. I haunt been around in a while now I have returned I wan a see paper work I think they are sterling.... Can in see all the paper work and if there is steeling can I get rid of the partner who is steeling?

You have equal rights in the company with the other partners, if you own 33 1/3 percent of the company, unless there is something that says that you do not have equal rights.
