Legal Question in Business Law in New Jersey

i was a sales rep for a stationery co they owe me commissions for several months and they have received payment from the vendors. payment to me was due now the company is saying they will pay me $500.00/month until the 3000.00 is paid. this company is doing this purposely, they have the finances to pay me now, they have been holding back for months. my question is can i take this to small claims court for payment in full.

If all that you say is true, and you do not owe them and they do not have any claim against you for anything, then they are crazy and they are wrong.

I would sue them in small claims, and ALSO try very hard to get NJ Department of Labor, Wage And Hour Compliance Division go after them. http://lwd.dol.state.nj.us/labor/wagehour/wagehour_index.html
