Legal Question in Technology Law in New Jersey

Hi!

I'm currently building an application for school websites that would enable them upload media files (pictures, videos, podcasts) of their students to be viewed by the public.

I'd like to know if there are any issues i would be having with the law concerning this venture.

There are a number of issues, especially copyright infringement regarding uploaded media. It is imperative that you have an effective and comprehensive agreement with the schools, as well as appropriate website terms and conditions.
