Legal Question in Consumer Law in New Jersey
I booked an online air ticket from an international travel website Yatra.com which operates from India and they have customer care representative in US but no address is available. They didn't provide certain details to the airline which were provided by me to them and so Airline cancelled my reservation 3 days before departure. Now they are telling me that I should consent that I did the cancellation and they will refund me partially. Can I sue them in small claims court? Airline charged my card, can I make them a defendant? I live in Edison, NJ.

If the seller has no address in NJ, it can be sued in the County in which the sale took place. Jurisdiction and venue rules can get complicated. You should read the Agreement but it is not necessarily determinative of all your rights. You can probably just file the suit and see what happens. Collecting a judgment may be a bit harder because you will have to find assets in a State in which the judgment has been docketed.
