Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in New Jersey

I live in NJ and a Judgement was issued against me and a writ was sent to my bank and they levied my bank accounts. My husband name is on the bank account also. This is for a Credit Card that money is due on. When they levied my bank account my husband's direct deposit from his job just went into the account. His deposit went in and what ever else was left in the account was taken out. If the judgement is under my name can they take my husband's direct deposit also.

No, they can not do this. But to stop them, you will need to go to court. If you do nothing or do it wrong, they will take all the money that they levied on. I can fight this for you. Give me a call, make an appointment to come see me, and I will go over this with you, and give you some advice.
