Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in New Jersey

Recvd coll letter on hosp bill. Only time in that hosp. was for a work comp illness. Requested more info and was met with abusive language threatening credit, arrest, law suit, and told "every deadbeat out there claims comp to get out of paying their bills.".

Sent cert. letter of dispute req. debt validation and specifically stated by phone and in letter NO CALLS based upon prior abusive/unprofessional conduct.

Itemized received proves, not my bill. Services rendered to a 17 year old minor I never knew with a drug overdose issue. Responsible party and insured is also someone I don't know.

Sent 2nd certified letter again stating. no calls, telling them it isn't my bill, and stating I require evidence derogatory trade lines deleted. Agency refuses to provide verification CRA's corrected. They continue calls trying to convice me to pay this unverifiable debt.

I disputed with the CRA's providing the copy of the itemized proving it isn't my bill.

How do I ensure the Bill coll. doesn't re-list? How do I convince them to stop the harassing phone calls?
