Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in New Jersey
I have a son in daycare and am looking to switch to a new place. The reason for the switch is the reduced monthly fee. The current place is stating they NEED 30 days notice and be paid for the entire month even though my son will not be attending the entire month. My job is in jeopardy and hours have been cut drastically. Can the current facility enforce this?
