Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Jersey

I am currently being charged with 2C:21-17 in New Jersey, impersonation applications for services. I was aressted and detained for missing court, but I told the judge that the court mail was going to the wrong address, and the prosecutor recommended that I be released on an ROR. I have never been in trouble for anything, and have never been arrested before now. I have a full time job for kids and I am taking college classes online. I was told that this is a direct indictment from the judge, and the events are from late 2008. I am also being charged on 4counts. What am facing? I have no idea what any of the terms mean or what to expect.

it sounds like you are living a solid citizen type life, and ROR means no one thinks you are going to flee. I am not a criminal defense attorney, and can not guess what you are facing.

Why dont you call me, I will give you a list of some of my good friends who are experienced criminal defense attorneys and can help you.

You do not provide enough information to give a full answer to this question at this time. However, even under the best case scenario, these are indictable charges and you are facing very high fines, potential state prison time, and having a criminal record for 10 years before you can try to get your record cleared. You need to hire an experienced criminal defense attorney such as my self to help you out in this matter. Please call me to discuss your case in more detail. I never charge for simply taling to a person about their case. Thank you.

Sincerely yours, -Ronald Aronds, Esq.- 908-272-0111

As a first offender you are potentially eligible for special first offender treatment. You should take

the papers setting forth your criminal charges to an experienced criminal trial lawyer as soon as

possible for a thorough discussion of your situation. I am such a trial attorney.

Call me if you like.
