You WILL be drug tested. Count on it. You will either stop using drugs or you will have to face the marijuana charge.

Call me if you like.

In Middlesex County (where Edison is), the probation department tests all persons on conditional discharge at least once.

If you are granted a conditional discharge the probation department can randomly test you as often as they like with no advance notice to you. Nobody can say for sure how often you will be tested. I can say though that if you are tested and come up positive for any illegal drug, you will violate the conditional discharge and have to go back to court to face the drug charges. If that happens please contact my office to discuss your options. I never charge for simply talking to a person about their case. Thank you.
