Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Jersey

One of my family member has been incarcerated because of a crime that someone thinks he did.. and the reason they think it was him is because this person had the same height and build of my family member! other then that they have NO hardcore proof it was him.. also this so called witness who thinks he seen him, is an illegal immigrant from mexico and wasn't even allowed to be working at "scene of the crime".. What can i do to get him out of jail? and who do i complain to about to unjust crime that is comminted against a innocent man??

Is there bail set? If so that is the way to get him out. If not hire an attorney and he will get a bail hearing.

There is really no one to complain to but he is going to need help in his defense.
