You need to get a hold of a lawyer who can help you...if you go it alone or with the asistance of the public defender's office, you are looking for trouble because without an attorney negotiating some sort of downgrade to the offense, you could be looking at a MANDATORY period of incarceration.

I practice in Bucks, Montgomery and Philadelphia Counties... where are you charged???
