Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

name change

on 2/26/07 i was divorce i perfectly made it clear to the plantiff that i wanted my last name to be change the day of the divorce which was typed & worded on my final judgement of divorce which plantiff never notify me that day of the divorce. i recived the docket tape to my door after carefully looking at the copy i notice at the last sentence were it is worded that the defendant is permitted to to resume my maiden name it has a pencil or pen lined across through it with know intitals. what i need to know so i don't have to fill out the paper work which i don't even understand is there away that i can go back next week and speak to the judge that all want is my name back i hope that you are able to respond to this. thank you for you time

I can't quite figure out what happened here. Did you have an attorney for this. Just make a motion with the court to correct the JoD.
