my daughter is bipolar and bolemic she is attending college carrying 12 credits she is 22 years old and has one more year to complete her father refuses to continue to carry health insurance for her as the divorce decree states because he insists she is not a full time student therefore she is emancipated her college states that 12 credits is a full time student

is she emancipated?

the man is not just cheap, he is stupid. if she is sick like you say, and she runs up doctors bills and medical bills and prescription bills and hospital bills, then her parents (YOU and HIM) can get sued and forced to pay.

He is required to provide support as required by the property settlement agreement. Apparently, the agreement requires support to the age of 23, if she attends college full-time. If the college says that 12 credits of studies make her a full-time student, she is.
