iam in the middle of a devorce and i met someone online and i have 2 children and hubby said he going to take my children off of me if i get on cam can he do this

Your spouse can file for custody, but he will have to show that you are an unfit parent.

Your spouse can also use the fact that you have a boyfriend against you in the divorce, claiming that you have committed adultery.

He can only try to take custody of the children from you. Your having a male friend is probably going to be regarded as being only part of the fact that your marriage is not working and as having nothing to do with custody so long as you conduct yourself properly

while with the children and you meet your motherly duties.
