Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

In our divorce decree we were supposed to sell off the house and split the money. My ex wife decided a month later to keep the house and refinance, so she could buy me out. Its been over six months now and she wont give me any information. Just keeps saying it'll happen soon. Is there a time limit to how long she has to buy me out?

It can take some time to refinance, but she should give you more information than "soon." In the meantime, you can insist that the house remain on the market until she is able to refi. That may give her some incentive to move forward.
