Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

How can I find out if there is an arrest warrant pending, when I have not complied to the ex-parte Middlesex County Superior Court order for child support of 2003, and I am not in USA.

I am planing to re-enter USA, would i be arrested at any port of entry?

The computer makes airport security omniscient. If there a warrant for your arrest airport security will find it if they chose to look.

It is a simple matter to make an inquiry of the Family Part where your case was filed to learn

what orders were entered. A warrant is just an order by a judge to arrest someone.

Call me if you like.
