Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

I need to find my birth parents for medical reasons

My daughter and I have the same chest pains and there is a hisory of heart problems in my birth parents, so i hear,I need to know what this is, also there is a problem of depression on her fathers side. I need to be able to give a full hisory to her doctor, so she can get the right tesring.
