Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

house,alimony,child support

husband lived with parents,I moved in to parents with my 2 kids then we brought a house.He said because we didn't marry untill being in house a year its his.we have 1 child together and i have applied for disabilty and have not worked since moving to his parents house.will I get alimony?we married 7/2002 will the child support for my 2 count when they figure for the 1? he makes 48,800 I get 130.00 aweek when ex works but is 5,000 in rears so its not dependible. also if disabilty goes through will that be counted?

You have too many issues to sort through. You really need to sit down with an attorney and work this all out. With such a short marriage, I don't see you getting much alimony here.
