i live in new jersey and am currently going through a child custody case with my ex-husband. i have found, online, his interaction with porn sites and porn stars both directly on their sites, as well as his twitter account. in addition, also online, his girlfriend with whom he resides with is also involved in "abusive" porn. can i use my online findings to prove that he and his girlfriend are a danger to my son and that the environment is questionable and/or unfit?
