does moving counties ,cause a change court.?

If custodial parent moves from one county to another, does active family part case move to the county court of the custodial parent?

Only if there is a Court Order, which can be done by consent of both parties, or upon showing of good cause.

Depending on where the other parent lives, you may be able to move the court case to the new location.
