You want to file a motion to terminate child support right now. You may be able to get back part of the overpayment of child support. But you should file the motion to cut it off, and you should file it right away.

Call me if you want a lawyer to help.

Give me a call, make an appointment to come see me, and let's get moving on this for you. No charge for the first office visit.

I know people worry about how expensive a lawyer is, so I am careful to be as inexpensive as I can for my clients. Before you spend a dime, you will know how much this is likely to be.

Clearly, there was fraud. There are two questions. Is the custodial parent capable of refund the

child support payments? Why did you wait so long? College is normally four or five years.

Call me if you like.
