Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

I have been paying $1500 child support for 2 girls aged 15 and 18 that live with their mother. The 18 year old started out of state university in Washington, DC and is on scholarship where as parents we have to provide the difference. That amount is estimated $10,000 per year. Since my daughter is not living at her mother's home and if we both just have to pay $10,000 total after all the university support do I still have to give her mother $750 of the college going child although she is not living at her mother's home anymore and is in the dorm. I am thinking that her mother is double dipping here and asking me to pay the original $1500 child support plus the 50% contribution towards the child's schooling.

Another thing her mother mentioned was that the mother wants to move to Washington, DC and take the 15 year old with her to be close to the college going 18 year old. If she does that do I still have to pay child support, because it will hinder my ability to see my younger 15 year old daughter. She is also brain washing the younger daughter to pick fights with me and making her against me so she does not want to visit me for the weekly visits that I have.

The other facts are I have been consistently earning less in my job for more than 3 years and have hard time finding a permanent job and work seasonally as a CPA preparing taxes. My income at time of divorce was estimated to be $63000 but for the last four five years I have been filing taxes of $25000 so can I get my child support reduced. I am 54 years old and people usually don't find me desirable to employ when they can hire a younger person for the same money.
