Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

I recently found out my husband is cheating me and it's beeng going on for a long time and with lots of woman. He was spending his money on them, taking them to nice hotels, dinnes, buying them presents and at the same time he wouldn't pay the bills so our cell phones would be shoot off or tv and internet vconection disabled or electricity discontinued. I want to devorce him but we have a 2 year old son and he's threatening me he will take him away from me. He's telling me he will rather put the child in a foster care than let me keep it. I'm not the bad guy in the whole situation. He's the one who's cheating and expecting I sould be quiet and look the other way. I have been for a long time, but I can't anymore. I'm unemployed, have been SAHM and I'm looking for a job but since I have been out of the job market for more than 2 years I still didn't find anything. He's uneployed as well at the moment. Can han really take my child away from me even if he's the one to blame our marriage is falling apart? I have emails from one of his ex girfriends that he was cheating, can I use them as a proof on the court? What do you suggest I should do?

You need to divorce this man, and have the court force him to pay. He is not working? The Judge can put him in jail if he does not pay. Good reason for him to get a job.
