Refinance

I want to buy my wire out--name removed--I currently have a tax lien--name removed--Can this keep me from buying her out, and do you have to sell before the divorce or after the decree is made.

You are playing with fire. You are apparently involved in a divorce, and trying to buy out your wife, refinance, deal with a tax lien.

Please get a lawyer. You are going to hurt yourself. Badly.
