Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

can I relocate to another state

My ex & I have shared physical and legal custody. I want to move to NJ due to getting re-married.. After I get permission from a judge to be able move wich state will have jurisdiction over any and all future custody issues. If my ex and I come to an agreement over child support and have it put through the court system in PA will it have to be submitted again in NJ for it to remain in affect?

thank you

Re: can I relocate to another state

You do not now live in NJ. apparently, you live in PA. You need to speak to a PA divorce attorney to get solid legal advice. When you do move to NJ, let me know if I can assist you.
