Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

My wife and I are divorcing. My wife makes roughly 100k a year or more and i currently make 28k a year, we have a 17 year old daughter. What can i expect to pay in child support payments per mnth?

There is a lot more that goes into calculating the amount. I would need more information but given the information you have provided you should probably expect to be paying about $425 per month in child support.

Based on the Newe Jersey child support guideleines you should pay $86 per week in child support. You should retain an attorney to protect you.
