Legal Question in Civil Litigation in New Jersey

I'm curently suing a two owner small business on consumer fraud charges. My case is a slam dunk except they are an LLC. They also have their business name under a domestic profit corporation, which is waiting to be reinstated for unknown reasons. My attorney informs me that the court dismissed my lawsuit against the individuals but did not provide an explanation or proof of dismissal. My attorney is filing a motion for reconsideration for she feels the decision was misapplied. The amount of money I lost was approximately $117,000. How can I recoup my loses? Are there any other suggestions besides claiming there was piercing of the corporate veil?
