Legal Question in Civil Litigation in New Jersey
My mom has had power of attorney over my Grandma for the past few years, my Grandma has Alzheimers. My aunt came to vist a few weeks ago and took my Grandma to another lawyer without us knowing and made her sign papers to make my aunt power of attorney. Is this legal? And what can my mom do to reverse this?
