Legal Question in Civil Litigation in New Jersey

I have been served by the plaintiff with interrogatory questions. Do I need to answer the questions? We still have to report to a judge for a nonjury trial. Is the plaintiff's action legal?

If you don't answer the interrogatories, the other party can ask the court to have your answer stricken. You will have to pay an additional fee to have it reinstated. If you don't, the plaintiff will get a default judgment.
