Hi,

I came to USA on J1

visa for residency. And later on got

waiver on hardship basis. Now I am

working on H1b.Meanwhile I had

My I-140 approved on

Extraordinary ability basis.and I-

485 pending.I have valid EAD. My

questions is Can I go on further

training On ead in different Hospital

that does'nt sponsor visa.And what

steps I have to take before

switching from H1b To EAD. I would

highly appreciate your help

Based on the facts presented, you are free to work pursuant to your EAD for any employer. So long as you have an intention to work in the field of your extraordinary ability, your green card application remains viable.
