Legal Question in Immigration Law in New Jersey

Under this EB-5 program. to do your own buisness how much money is required in lawyer fees to start this. Is there a minimum amount of money for start up costs that are needed. What exactly will I need to prove to immigration to be let into the country. I used to be on an h 1 visa but that visa expired and I went back to India and am no longer interested in an h 1 visa. Can you be a partner in buisness with someone and come to usa on this program?

Yes, you can be a partner in business. Investment amount is at least $1 million dollars in EB-5 visa category (unless it's in a regional center, then it's $500K). The questions about lawyer's fees, expenses, eligibility, etc - are better answered by an attorney when you contact any immigration lawyer in person and off of the public forum.
