i came to us on h1 visa in aug 2009.

my employer not paid taxes so far.

my visa expires in sep 2010.

how can i extend my visa .

what best i can do iin present situation.

What do you mean: your employer didn't pay taxes so far? Have you been employed, working for your employer since Aug 2009, and have you been paid? When does your I-94 card expires?

With an H1B visa, it's up to a current or a prospective employer to petition for you.
