Legal Question in Insurance Law in New Jersey

I am letting someone use my yard for a wedding and reception. I am not providing any food or beverages,etc. If there is alcohol and any incident, how can I protect myself? Is there a form the couple could sign first? Thx, Deb

The person using your yard should purchase one day's host liability insurance. One day's coverage should be manageable and a lot less than paying for the use of your home. Since you

own the house the insurance should probability be in your name.
