Legal Question in Employment Law in New Jersey

One of my employees has given oral resignation. If i begin the resignation process can it be stopped?

I'm not sure I understand your question. An at-will employee can quit anytime he/she wants, without advanced notice. In this context, a resignation cannot be "stopped."
