Legal Question in Employment Law in New Jersey

I was fired by my employer two weeks ago .Their VP was always making racial jokes and was extreemely abusive verballying .Once while we were in a meeting he jestured several times as if he was going to throw an ink pen at me.I was fired under the pretence that i was not following instructions however i was the only african american manager working there and my position was passed on to a caucasion with no experience.what can i do
