Re: sexual harrassment

If your story is 100% accurate, and you are prepared to testify or declare these facts under oath, under these facts as you have stated them, I would say you have a very strong case against the employer and the manager. However, time is of the essence, and one way or another, you may have to tell your parents. If this is something you cannot do, then we can talk about it, but it would be a lot easier to file a claim against this person and the company if your parents were involved. Feel free to call our offices. I will personally make time for you. Actually, e-mail me tonight, tell me what time you either want to come by the office or talk on the phone and we will set up a time to talk. I can either handle your case or help you find someone who will take care of this right away. In the meantime, if there are e-mails between you and the employer, or communications or voicemails or other, save them. If there are voicemails or texts, call your cellphone provider to find out how to download them. And don't feel badly, no matter what, you didn't do anything wrong.
