If your story is 100% accurate, and you are prepared to testify or declare these facts under oath, under these facts as you have stated them, I would say you have a very strong case against the employer and the manager. However, time is of the essence, and one way or another, you may have to tell your parents. If this is something you cannot do, then we can talk about it, but it would be a lot easier to file a claim against this person and the company if your parents were involved.
