Re: having someone and business removed from my home

your brother in law....I do not understand your question.

First, does brother in law have permission from someone to have his business in your driveway? Is your spouse telling him that he can stay? Is his father or mother upstairs saying he can stay? Then you need to talk to them.

If it is YOUR driveway and ONLY YOUR driveway, why do you not tell him to remove his trucks and equipmetn and whatever else is there, or you will have it all ticketed and towed?

If not, then maybe you want to meet with an attorney and get some advice as to what your rights are.
