Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in New Jersey

My Landlord asked me if I would be his piece on he side via text message, he said basically because he has been married to the samewman for 15 years. I told him I dont condone that. I am uncomfortable being his tennant because he also like to pop up enexpectedly and knock on my door early in the morning. what are my rights

You have the right to be left alone and treated like any other tenant should be treated, man or woman. You do not want to be his 'piece on the side', good for you. So, he should leave you alone, take your rent checks and keep your apartment fixed like any landlord should. If he bothers you, you take action against that. Let me know if you need a lawyer to convince him to back off.
